Relationships | Drugs | Families | Disabilities | Anxiety

I’ve been a practising therapist for over 20 years with extensive experience in supporting adults and children with many mental health conditions. I have a post graduate diploma in existential therapy from London’s City University and am a compassionate therapist about to help people of all ages.

I have worked extensively with young people, from children at primary school to students at college from all over the world as well as supporting and training a wide range of stakeholders, including parents and teachers.

My experience includes supporting those with a range of disabilities, eating disorders, exam stress, self-harm, relationship break-ups, substance abuse, suicide prevention and bereavement. I have run groups for women affected by domestic violence and have also worked with charity Childline as well as helping those at risk of school exclusion. A further interest is offering a compassionate approach to counselling for a local authority bereavement service.
