​I am a professional and highly qualified counsellor, able to connect with a wide range of clients with a focus on active listening and critical thinking. It is not always easy to reach out and ask for help, but so often, talking to a specialist in confidence can bring real change.

I have a degree in person-centred counselling and have gained experience in a variety of settings including Home-Start which helps families with young children who are facing challenges. I am a trained Samaritan and also provide counselling for a bereavement helpline and within a hospice.

Many of my clients suffer with mental health issues such as stress and depression and counselling is helping them overcome the struggles they face and start to feel happier and more in control.
